Jobgether is seeking a Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager to lead enterprise ITSM initiatives. Based in Mexico, this remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish and strong program leadership across distributed teams.

You will drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, manage scope and budgets, and guide agile delivery with stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, 3+ years with ServiceNow, and certifications such as PMP and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• PMI PMP certification and bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Residence in the United States (California) or Mexico City, Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow modules; agile experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects from planning to delivery.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and leadership.
• Gather and translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage backlogs in agile or hybrid settings.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and change management activities.
• Track KPIs and provide regular status updates to execs.
