Call Center Services International is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer to guide learning and development for the Auto Refinance team. The role involves diagnosing training gaps and building comprehensive plans using online lessons, guides, and other materials to ensure staff possess the right skills for success.

Responsibilities include creating training plans, collaborating with leaders, collecting data, and turning research into high-quality tools.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year in training, coaching, or lesson creation.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create and follow a plan to identify training needs.
• Collaborate with leaders and other trainers to align goals.
• Collect data to inform training materials and programs.
• Convert research results into effective training tools and resources.
• Plan and run new training programs and prepare supporting materials.
• Review training content for quality before use.
• Maintain a centralized library of training documents and tools.
• Lead sessions for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor performance metrics to measure training impact and improve.
