Job summary

Call Center Services International is seeking a Bilingual Product Trainer to assess training needs, develop comprehensive product training programs, and ensure employees have the knowledge and resources to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead onboarding sessions, create engaging training materials, evaluate learning progress, and work with Operations and leadership to align training with product updates, processes, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
• Call center experience is required.
• Training experience is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
