Call Center Services International is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer to guide learning and development for the Auto Refinance team. The role involves diagnosing training gaps and building comprehensive plans using online lessons, guides, and other materials to ensure staff possess the right skills for success.

Responsibilities include creating training plans, collaborating with leaders, collecting data, and turning research into high-quality tools.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year in training, coaching, or lesson creation.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor performance metrics to measure training impact and improve.

Call Center Services International is looking for an energetic Sales Trainer to guide learning and development efforts in our Auto Refinance team. In this key position, you will look at how things are currently done and find gaps in training to build a strong learning plan. This plan will include many different tools like online lessons, step-by-step guides, and other teaching materials to make sure every team member has the right skills to succeed.

Responsabilities:

• Create and follow a plan to figure out exactly what training is needed.
  
• Work closely with leaders, managers, and other trainers to make sure learning goals match company goals.
  
• Collect and look at data to help create focused training materials.
  
• Turn research results into high-quality training tools and resources.
  
• Plan and run new training programs and make the materials needed to support them.
  
• Check all training content carefully for quality before it is used.
  
• Keep a central, updated library of all training documents and tools.
  
• Lead training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing learning for current staff.
  
• Watch employee performance numbers to see how well the training works and find ways to get better.
  

Requirements

• Real work experience in a call center setting.
  
• At least one year of experience in training, coaching, or creating lessons.
  
• Knowledge of the car, money, or sales industries is a big plus.
  
• Great ability to speak and write clearly.
  
• Good people skills to work with different types of personalities and learning styles.
  
• Ability to handle many tasks at once in a fast-moving environment.
  
• Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.
  
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software programs.
  
• Monthly Bonus: $400 dollars based on performance.
  
• Salary: $5,000 weekly tax free
