Job summary

Call Center Services International seeks an energetic Sales Trainer to guide learning and development for the Auto Refinance team. You will design training using online lessons, guides, and materials to ensure team members have the right skills for success.

You will create plans, work with leaders, collect data, and turn findings into high-quality tools. The role involves leading sessions for new hires and ongoing staff development, with a focus on measuring training impact.

Qualifications

• Real work experience in a call center.
• At least one year of experience in training, coaching, or creating lessons.
• Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and people skills; ability to work with diverse learning styles.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow a plan to identify training needs.
• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and other trainers to align learning goals with company goals.
• Collect data to inform training materials.
• Translate research into high-quality training tools and resources.
• Plan and run new training programs and produce supporting materials.
• Ensure training content is reviewed for quality before use.
• Maintain a central library of training documents and tools.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and ongoing learning for staff.
• Monitor performance metrics to assess training impact and improve.
