Call Center Services International in Mexico seeks an energetic Sales Trainer to guide learning and development for our Auto Refinance team. You will assess current practices, identify gaps, and design a comprehensive learning plan using online lessons, guides, and other materials to build essential skills.

You will lead sessions for new hires and ongoing staff, collaborate with leaders to align training with business goals, analyze data to improve content, and maintain a central library of

Formación

• Real work experience in a call center setting.
• At least one year of experience in training, coaching, or creating lessons.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create and follow a plan to figure out exactly what training is needed.
• Work closely with leaders, managers, and other trainers to make sure learning goals match company goals.
• Collect and look at data to help create focused training materials.
• Turn research results into high-quality training tools and resources.
• Plan and run new training programs and make the materials needed to support them.
• Check all training content carefully for quality before it is used.
• Keep a central, updated library of all training documents and tools.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing learning for current staff.
• Watch employee performance numbers to see how well the training works and find ways to get better.
