Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate daily restaurant operations and uphold luxury service standards, delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will lead by example, mentor a diverse team, and maintain performance during peak hours. Fluency in Spanish and English, 2+ years in a supervisory F&B role, and experience with Micros and Opera are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Micros and Opera systems.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead by example, uphold service standards, and support team performance.
• Review, adjust, and perform all service duties as needed during shifts.
• Assign daily responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Remain visible during peak service periods to support the team and ensure operational excellence.
