Call Center Services International (CCSI) is seeking a Recruiter to attract, evaluate, and select talented professionals across the organization. You’ll manage the recruitment process from understanding hiring needs to selecting and onboarding candidates.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (Admin positions are a plus).
• Experience interviewing, pre-screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and other recruitment channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Experience with recruitment systems/CRMs and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or studies in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Pre-screen and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Manage multiple vacancies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
