Hires is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team onsite in Tijuana, Baja California. You will source and attract qualified candidates for high‑volume roles, manage the pipeline, and conduct in‑person interviews to support fast-paced hiring demands.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Availability to work onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract qualified candidates for high‑volume hiring needs.
• Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process.
• Conduct in‑person interviews and assess candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and the Human Resources department.
