The Archetype Strategy is seeking a motivated, people-focused Bilingual Recruiter who can identify, interview, and hire qualified candidates across roles. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and excels at building relationships with diverse candidates.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates against requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish through the process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and teams.
• Support reference checks and background processes as required.
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions and onboarding.
