Scalepex is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team and build pipelines for U.S.-based agents. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, craft creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong English skills, and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems. This role offers a full-time, on-site/nearshore working setup and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting high-volume US-based roles is preferred.
• Advanced English (C1 or above) required for candidate/client comms.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and referrals.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting U.S.-based agents for one of our clients. The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, and passionate about finding top talent through innovative sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on traditional job postings.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong candidate pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously exploring new ways to attract qualified talent across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based customer service and operational positions.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract talent in competitive U.S. markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Create compelling outreach messages and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and the client to understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies based on market trends and hiring results.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about U.S. hiring trends, recruiting best practices, and labor market conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably recruiting for U.S.-based positions.
• Experience recruiting high-volume customer service, call center, operations, or similar roles is highly preferred.
• Advanced English (C1 or above) is required, as all communication with candidates and clients will be conducted in English.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and unconventional recruiting strategies to attract talent.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with both active and passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs.
• Knowledge of U.S. recruiting practices and employment market trends is preferred.
