Hires is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team onsite in Tijuana, Baja California. You will source and attract qualified candidates for high‑volume roles, manage the pipeline, and conduct in‑person interviews to support fast-paced hiring demands.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with availability to work onsite. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a stable, growing company environment.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Availability to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required Availability to work onsite
