Flix is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to drive cross-functional delivery in Security and Facilities. You will coordinate with Field Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, ensuring scope, alignment, and on-time delivery.

You will manage end-to-end processes, support workflow automation with Jira/Confluence, and contribute to budget analysis. Fluency in English and strong communication are required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of solid project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to bring order to ambiguous topics: scoping, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with process design and workflow/automation tools (Jira, Confluence); Salesforce, Power BI or Power Automate a plus.
• Comfortable working with data for tracking, analysis, and decision-making.
• Fluent English; able to coordinate effectively with US-based teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver assigned Security and Facilities workstreams: define scope, align stakeholders, and move initiatives to delivery.
• Manage end-to-end operational processes, including invoice payments, SOPs, and clear accountability.
• Support design and maintenance of workflow automation and tracking with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams.
• Run and maintain data collection efforts: location data, vendors, costs, cameras, incidents; ensure data is clean and analysis-ready.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost-line deep-dives with Finance and RSAMs.
• Advance initiatives like OpEx repair methodology and centralized database with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and a single source of truth for SAM/RSAM/CSO topics.
• Support cloud-based camera integration and vendor coordination across Flix facilities.
