Flix in Mexico City is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to drive cross-functional delivery across Security and Facilities. You will coordinate with Field Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to bring initiatives from discussion to delivery.

You will manage end-to-end processes, support workflow automation, and maintain data collection for location assets, costs, and incidents, while contributing to budgeting and documentation. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of solid project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to bring order to ambiguous topics: scoping, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with process design and workflow/automation tools (Jira, Confluence; Salesforce, Power BI, or Power Automate a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver assigned Security and Facilities workstreams: define scope, align stakeholders, and deliver.
• Manage end-to-end operational processes, including invoices, SOPs, and clear accountability across teams.
• Support the design and maintenance of workflow automation and tracking with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams.
• Run and maintain data collection efforts (location data, vendors, costs, cameras, incidents) and ensure data is clean and analysis-ready.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost-line deep-dives with RSAMs, Finance, and GASP.
• Help advance in-progress initiatives such as pre-approved OpEx repair methodology and centralized database.
• Maintain consistent documentation and a source of truth for SAM/RSAM/CSO topics.
• Support cloud-based camera integration and vendor coordination across Flix facilities.
