Flix in Mexico City is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to drive cross-functional delivery across Security and Facilities, bringing structure to complex topics and ensuring robust execution. You will coordinate with Field Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors while aligning with senior PMs and the domain lead.

You will manage end-to-end operations, support workflow automation, enable data-driven decisions, and contribute to budget planning.

Formación

• 1–3 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to bring order to ambiguous topics: scoping, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with process design and workflow/automation tools (Jira, Confluence; Salesforce, Power BI, or Power Automate).
• Fluent English; able to coordinate with US-based teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver Security and Facilities workstreams, defining scope and aligning stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end operational processes, including invoice payments and SOP development.
• Support workflow automation and tracking with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams.
• Run data collection efforts and ensure data is clean and analysis-ready.
• Contribute to budget planning and cross-departmental cost analyses.
• Advance ongoing initiatives like centralized database concepts and pre-approved OpEx repair methods.
• Maintain documentation for SAM/RSAM/CSO topics.
• Support cloud-based camera integration and vendor coordination.
