Flix is seeking a Mid‑Level Project Manager to drive cross‑functional delivery across Security and Facilities. You will coordinate with Field Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to move initiatives from discussion to delivery.

The role emphasizes scoping ambiguous topics, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution with support from senior PMs. Collaboration with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of cross‑functional project delivery experience.
• Ability to scope ambiguous topics and drive execution with senior support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capability.
• Experience with workflow/automation tools (Jira, Confluence; Salesforce, Power BI, or Power Automate a plus).
• Fluent English and ability to coordinate with US‑based teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver Security and Facilities workstreams, defining scope and aligning stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end operational processes including invoice payments and SOP definition.
• Support design and maintenance of workflow automation and tracking with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams.
• Run and maintain data collection efforts; ensure data is clean and analysis‑ready.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost‑line deep‑dives with cross‑departmental teams.
• Advance initiatives such as OpEx repair methodology and centralized database concepts.
• Maintain documentation as a single source of truth for SAM/RSAM/CSO topics.
• Support cloud‑based camera integration and vendor coordination across Flix facilities.
