Flix is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to drive cross-functional delivery in Security and Facilities across our global operations from Mexico City. You will coordinate with Field Operations, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Technology, and external vendors to move initiatives from scope to delivery.

You’ll bring 3–5 years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and a knack for turning ambiguous topics into structured plans, with a data-driven mindset and a collaborative, growth-focused

Formación

• 3–5 years of solid project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to bring order to ambiguous topics: scoping, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution with support on the most complex escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with process design and workflow/automation tools (Jira, Confluence; Salesforce, Power BI, or Power Automate a plus).
• Comfortable working with data for tracking, analysis, and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver Security and Facilities workstreams from scope to delivery.
• Manage end-to-end operational processes, including invoice payments, with clear accountability across teams.
• Support the design and maintenance of workflow automation and tracking (Jira/Confluence) with IT/FlixTech and Atlassian teams.
• Run and maintain data collection efforts and ensure data is clean and analysis-ready.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost-line deep-dives with RSAMs, Finance, and GASP.
• Support initiatives like OpEx repair methodology and centralized database concepts.
• Maintain documentation and a source of truth for SAM/RSAM/CSO topics.
• Coordinate vendor and cloud camera integration across Flix facilities.
