Flix in Mexico City is seeking a Project Specialist to support expansion and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timelines, risks, and stakeholders stay aligned. You will work hands-on within the PMO and coordinate across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of project coordination or management experience, with advanced Excel and MS Project proficiency, plus fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience in cross-functional, office-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of critical path methodology and risk management.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with project management tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day execution of expansion and infrastructure projects, tracking progress against the critical path.
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up logs.
• Identify and document risks, elevating them before impacting timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, risk registers, and dashboards for visibility.
• Collaborate across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.
• Coordinate daily tasks and dependencies to enable execution led by the Expert Project Manager.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned workstreams, internally and with external partners.
• Provide timely reporting to the Expert Project Manager and senior leadership.
