DFX5 in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex software and IT projects, aligning engineering, product, design, and client teams to ship on scope, on time, and on budget. You will lead mobilization through post-go-live support, define scope and metrics, manage risks, and drive continuous delivery improvements in a fast-moving consultancy environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and IT projects: mobilization, planning, execution, testing, go-live, and post-deployment support.
Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics with stakeholders and manage them proactively.
Own milestone gate process and obtain formal sign-off at each phase transition.
Author and own Project Plan, Risk Plan, and Communication Plan.
Manage Change Requests and lead the Change Advisory Board.
Run Agile ceremonies and adapt Scrum/Kanban or hybrid approaches.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and remove blockers.
Maintain RAID log and anticipate issues before they derail the roadmap.
Serve as primary client and leadership contact with weekly status reports.
Track budgets, resources, capacity, velocity, and forecasts.
Negotiate scope against fixed timelines and budgets.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
