Shiji Group in Mexico City seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee software delivery projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will coordinate with sales, implementation, product, finance, and customers, create detailed project plans, manage changes, track progress, and report to all stakeholders while building strong customer relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a project manager in software delivery or technology.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of hospitality products such as POS, PMS, payments, or similar tech.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Solid experience with project management tracking and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to new technology, products and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with the sales organization on handover of contracted projects.
• Create project plans outlining scope, budget and schedule.
• Communicate project plans to stakeholders.
• Execute change control and manage escalations.
• Provide project reporting to stakeholders on status and issues.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Develop strong customer relationships through high-quality service and communication.
