Uline in Monterrey is hiring a Customer Service Representative to build relationships, process orders and provide fast, friendly support. This on-site role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a family-owned company.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and bilingual English/Spanish. Prior customer service is a plus, and you'll work with our tools to answer product, pricing and shipping questions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert; respond to product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
