Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Monterrey, Mexico branch. You will handle orders and inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through online ordering and providing product and shipping information.

We offer on-site shifts, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities within a family-owned company. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish with fluent written and spoken skills.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Become a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
