Job summary

Uline Mexicali branch is hiring a Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. On-site shifts available with comprehensive training in a family‑owned company.

Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting via phone/email/chat, and helping customers navigate the website. Requires high school diploma, bilingual English/Spanish, and prior CS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish, fluent in speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience a plus; training provided.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
