Job summary

Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a bartender to deliver luxury beverage experiences in line with outlet concepts and FS standards. The Batender will prepare mise en place and guide guests through the menu to ensure epic experiences.

With at least 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels and strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines, you are calm under pressure, proactive, and fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Proficiency with spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Calm under pressure and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• The Batender will prepare cocktails according to the outlet concept and current trends, always following FS standards.
• Prepare mise en place for bar operations and guide guests through the outlet concept and products to ensure epic experiences.
