Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas seeks a Reservations Agent to ensure guest satisfaction by managing emails and calls, validating profiles, and preparing accurate reservations. You will gather data such as names, contacts, and special requests, and ensure seamless communication with the Reservations team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in reservations or guest relations within luxury hotels, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 2 years in reservations or guest relations.
• Two or more years in luxury hotel environments is a plus.
• Experience with Opera and Golden systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify existing guest profiles in Golden before creating reservations.
• Create reservations via phone or email with complete data (name, contact, preferences).
• Respond to reservation emails and escalate to Supervisor/Manager as needed.
• Assist with hotel services inquiries and guest needs.
