Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to manage daily reservations operations at a luxury property. You will engage with guests and travel agencies, coordinate group blocks, and ensure flawless communication and service in English and Spanish.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can uphold Hyatt’s standards of luxury and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Professional, personalized and engaging luxury service required.
• Fluent and confident communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving.
• Organizational skills, and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Experience working with luxury consortia is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations department.
• Communicate with guests and travel agencies to provide hotel information.
• Process payments and coordinate group block reservations.
• Ensure alignment with Hyatt's luxury standards of hospitality.
