The Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, P.A. is seeking a customer service-oriented professional in the Mexico region to guide clients through onboarding, assist with client portals, and manage document signing.

This role emphasizes clear communication and a professional first impression. Requirements include at least one year in customer service or related fields, fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and strong organizational abilities.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in customer service, client support, business development, or a similar role.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Guide potential clients through an initial questionnaire before attorney consultation.
• Help new clients access and use our client portals.
• Send documents for signature and follow up on completion.
• Explain next steps clearly and answer questions about the onboarding process.
• Create a positive, professional experience from the first interaction.
