Job summary

Landing, based in Mexico City, seeks a Paralegal to support the Legal team in day‑to‑day operations, drafting notices, reviewing contracts, and advising on compliance across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has a law degree and 1–3 years of experience, with high proficiency in English and Spanish, and the ability to translate complex legal risk into practical guidance for Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. This is an in‑office role in Torre Esmeralda, with on‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Law degree required or equivalent
• Advanced English and Spanish are essential
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple active matters

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to formal legal correspondence with regulators, opposing counsel, and members/residents
• Advise Operations and Field teams on applicable law compliance before enforcement actions
• Review, negotiate, and route vendor, member, and partner agreements for accuracy
• Support Sales and Deal Desk on contract structure, pricing compliance, and approvals
• Coordinate with outside counsel, insurance brokers, and government agencies on active matters
• Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions affecting operations
• Maintain and update internal legal templates and process guidelines
• Assist in other tasks as assigned
