Job summary

Ultimate Viewpoint is hiring a Junior IT Support specialist in Apodaca, Nuevo León, to provide onsite end-user support. The role requires 1–3 years of corporate IT experience, strong English-speaking skills for international calls, and management of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of proven IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Fluent conversational English is mandatory for international technical phone calls.
• Active experience managing user accounts in Active Directory and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to domestic and international end users.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, connectivity, and configuration incidents.
• Attend, update, and document tickets using enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate with remote support teams via phone or chat in English.
