OEC Group is seeking an L3/L4 Level Engineer to join the IT helpdesk at our Guadalajara, Jalisco office. The role will be 100% onsite and requires 2–5 years of helpdesk experience with strong Windows/Office 365 skills and English communication.

Responsibilities include end-user support via phone, email, and remote tools, plus creating SOPs and training materials. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred and relocation to Guadalajara area required.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Administrative experience with Office 365.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient English communication (written and verbal).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot local and remote computer issues through diagnostics.
• Determine best solution based on information provided by customers.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for IT solutions.
• Install, modify, repair, and clean computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, or software.
