Infosys Limited is seeking deskside support technicians in Nuevo Laredo to provide onsite end-user hardware and software support across Windows, Apple, and Android devices. You will troubleshoot incidents, reimage devices, manage Service Now tickets, and collaborate with other teams to ensure quick issue resolution and accurate documentation.

• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and hardware repair.
• Experience troubleshooting network printers and desktop/laptop hardware.
• Experience with SCCM and device imaging tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Windows, iOS, Android).
• Manage and prioritize tickets, respond to user inquiries, and document actions.
• Reimage devices and maintain documentation (KBs and SOPs).
• Collaborate with other teams and assist in rack space, cabling, or pictures as needed.
