PayRange is hiring 2–3 Help Desk Technicians for our Mexico City office. You will be a primary contact for technical support, escalations, and customer success initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product, and contributing to knowledge base content. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with up to 30% travel nationwide.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of IT or customer-facing tech support experience.
• Experience with payment systems, IoT devices, SaaS platforms, or similar environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations.
• Provide timely, accurate troubleshooting and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and self-service materials.
• Represent the voice of the customer and support product usability improvements.
