Job summary

Ingenico Group in Mexico City is seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to deploy, configure, maintain, and support hosted and customer-hosted payment device management solutions. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure reliability and performance.

You will combine hands-on cloud tech, systems administration, networking, databases, and scripting, while delivering demonstrations, training, and guidance to customers in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-based, hosted, and on-premises enterprise apps.
• Strong Linux and Windows admin; virtualization.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Experience with SQL databases PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Customer-facing communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hosted and customer-hosted solutions.
• Assist customers with device onboarding and integrations.
• Troubleshoot Linux/Windows servers, databases, networking, and cloud infra.
• Perform database maintenance and support SQL queries and configurations.
• Support logging and monitoring tools (ELK Stack) to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering to test solutions and improve performance.
• Deliver technical demos, training, and guidance to customers and partners.
• Document solutions and generate reports for continuous improvement.
