Global Payments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting across technology, finance, and marketing in Mexico. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Fluent in English and Spanish is required. You’ll collaborate with global teams, use ATS tools, and contribute to scalable hiring strategies in a multinational

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum four years of professional recruiting experience; equivalent combinations considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience across multiple business segments (Technology, Finance, Marketing).

Responsabilidades

• Support full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring.
• Execute sourcing via job boards, social media, networks, fairs, and channels.
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and materials for qualifications and fit.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and present qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide regular pipeline and progress updates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
