Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring and partner with hiring managers.

You will engage candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and drive a positive candidate experience across multiple functions. You’ll manage sourcing through ATS and external partners, coordinate interviews, and assist with offers and onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting diverse business segments (Technology, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
• Execute sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networks, career fairs.
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and present qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide updates on pipelines and recruiting progress.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and extend job offers including compensation and terms.
• Maintain candidate and requisition records in ATS.
• Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies when needed.
