Job summary

Redial BPO in Mexicali is seeking Debt Collections agents to contact individuals and organizations with outstanding debts and arrange repayment. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus a solid understanding of applicable laws and company policies. You will identify and track debts, contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and follow up to ensure adherence.

The team operates Monday through Friday at Av. Gral.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Debt Collector or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track outstanding debts.
• Contact debtors through approved methods to inquire about payment status.
• Negotiate payment plans with debtors per guidelines.
• Follow up to ensure adherence to payment plans.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Comply with FDCPA and applicable laws and regulations.
