REDIAL BPO is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Agent in Mexicali to help customers manage accounts and resolve past-due balances. The role requires English/Spanish fluency and a positive, customer-first approach.

Typical duties include collecting payments, answering billing inquiries, updating records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ months in a call center or collections and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review assigned accounts (0–60 days past due) and proactively contact customers to secure payments.
• Send payment reminders via phone calls, SMS, email, and mail notifications.
• Educate customers on payment options and assist in resolving past‑due balances.
• Process account updates, payment date changes, and payment history requests accurately.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to billing, accounts, and general servicing needs.
• Provide customer‑first support, ensuring empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system in real time.
• Support chat and email queues as needed (cross‑trained agents).
