Redial BPO in Mexicali is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Agent (English/Spanish) to manage accounts and provide payment solutions. Availability for morning and afternoon shifts is required, with full-time on-site work at our Mexicali location.

Responsibilities include contacting customers to secure payments, sending reminders, educating on options, updating accounts, and handling billing inquiries.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required (spoken and written).
• 6+ months of call center, customer service, or collections experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned accounts (0-60 days past due) and proactively contact customers to secure payments.
• Send payment reminders via phone calls, SMS, email, and mail notifications.
• Educate customers on payment options and assist in resolving past-due balances.
• Process account updates, payment date changes, and payment history requests accurately.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to billing, accounts, and general servicing needs.
• Provide customer-first support, ensuring empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system in real time.
• Support chat and email queues as needed (cross-trained agents).
