CRH Talento en IT is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support English-speaking customers in a hybrid role in Naucalpan, México State. You will handle inbound calls and chats related to vehicle financing, process extensions, and research payments while delivering service excellence.

Successful candidates have a customer-first mindset, experience in high-volume call centers, and a preference for a mixed on-site Fridays and remote Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with some college considered.
• Proven English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Experience in high-volume call center environments.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine inbound calls and chats related to vehicle financing.
• Own each call to build lasting customer relationships.
• Manage call flow to meet service levels and quality.
• Use knowledge materials and multiple apps to assist customers.
• Explain requirements and gather needed information.
• Discuss past-due accounts and arrange acceptable payment plans.
