Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Create and log service tickets for every customer interaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on tickets.
• Meet performance metrics like call handling time and first call resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes.
