Oferta confidencial, a medium-sized product manufacturer serving the California and Tijuana markets, seeks a bilingual manager to oversee customer orders, shipping coordination, and basic accounting support.

You will work closely with customers, the Tijuana plant manager, the warehouse team, and the outside accounting group to consolidate finished goods in Tijuana and coordinate cross-border shipments. ERP experience and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish with U.S. customers.
• 4 years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.
• Experience using an ERP system; Sage 100 preferred.
• Comfortable using Excel and managing shared inboxes.
• Organized, accurate, able to manage daily work.
• Basic invoicing or accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with cross-border shipping, retailer requirements, or third-party logistics providers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment in Sage 100.
• Communicate with U.S. customers about order status, product availability, shipping dates, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse staff to prepare and ship orders on time.
• Work with the U.S. logistics provider, carriers, and customs partners to coordinate shipments and required documentation.
• Help ensure orders meet customer requirements for labeling, packaging, pallet preparation, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment records, and follow up on inventory discrepancies or open issues.
• Support invoicing, purchase order processing, and routine transaction entry in coordination with the accounting team.
• Keep order-related communications organized in the shared orders inbox so the team has visibility and backup coverage.
