Oferta confidencial in Mexicali, Baja California, is seeking a bilingual Sales/Customer Service professional with at least two years of experience in a technical setting. You will handle orders, provide pricing, manage ERP/MRP processes, and deliver exceptional service to external and internal customers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working independently or as part of a remote-enabled team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales/customer service in a technical or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with external and internal customers professionally and courteously.
• Process orders through ERP from fax or email.
• Provide pricing and delivery information; follow up on requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
• Manage workload to maximize daily tasks.
• Assist with order checks, returns, and resolution of issues.
• Provide standard product questions and quotes.
• Coordinate between customer, production, and shipping to resolve problems.
• Maintain customer files and update ERP records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
