Tacna Services in Baja California, Mexico seeks a Customer Service / Logistics Manager to oversee order processing from receipt to shipment and coordinate with production, warehouse, and customers.

The role requires extensive experience in multinational operations, strong ERP and accounting background, and is based in Tijuana. You'll ensure on-time shipments, accurate records, and effective invoicing support.

Formación

• 10+ years experience with supervisory roles and multinational operations.
• Experience with month-end close, analysis, and driver-based variance explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ERP experience.
• Must live in TJ (Tijuana).

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment in Sage 100.
• Communicate order status and shipping dates with U.S. customers.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse to prepare and ship orders on time.
• Coordinate with US logistics providers and carriers for shipments and docs.
• Ensure labeling, packaging, pallet prep, and delivery meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate order/shipment records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support invoicing, purchase orders, and routine transaction entry with accounting.
