Kloeckner Metals de México in Tijuana seeks an inside sales support specialist to manage calls, generate quotes and purchase orders, follow up on leads, and coordinate logistics for customers.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong Excel and typing skills, experience with invoicing software, and a proactive, highly organized approach in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with sales and management to build relationships.

Formación

• Metal Distribution background is a plus
• Customer service oriented
• Advance /mid: Bilingual – English- Spanish +90%
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent excel skills
• Good typing skills
• Experience using commercial software for invoicing is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized individuals with a commitment to consistent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment, often under pressure/situations.
• Ability to build business relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Must be able to interact with sales and management.

Responsabilidades

• Taking customer calls and orders
• Generate and processes quotes, purchase orders, and new sales leads as necessary
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product inside sales cycle processing orders
• Coordinate logistics
• Management of inventory stock for customers
• Follow up on payments
• Making sales reports
• Ability to network and make cold calls to potential prospects
• Support Sales manager
