Valoroo is seeking a Key Account Manager (Bilingual) to work on site in Mexico City area, directly interfacing with clients to provide updates, schedule deliveries, and resolve issues while coordinating import/export movements and yard operations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in drayage/logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency in TMS/YMS and Excel. A High School diploma is required with a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in drayage dispatching, trucking logistics, or container management.
• Bilingual reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
• 3PL experience in a broker or asset-based environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.
• Education:High School diploma; Bachelor’s preferred in Supply Chain/Logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with clients to provide updates, schedule deliveries, and attend KPI meetings on site at the customer.
• Direct daily drayage dispatching, manage yard operations, and supervise dispatch teams.
• Coordinate terminal appointments, monitor container status, and minimize detentions/demurrage while maximizing profitability.
