Lone Star Dealer Services is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Collector/Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Mexico. The ideal candidate will negotiate payment arrangements, deliver outstanding service, and maintain accurate CRM records to support collection goals.

Requirements include 2–3 years in collections or customer service, excellent English communication, experience with CRM, and proficiency in Excel. A fast-paced environment and reliability are valued traits.

Formación

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have strong customer service experience.
• Experience handling high volume calls and documenting interactions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic Excel functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer conversations in the CRM.
• Review accounts for accuracy and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
