Lone Star Dealer Services is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Collector/Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Mexico. The ideal candidate will negotiate payment arrangements, deliver outstanding service, and maintain accurate CRM records to support collection goals.

Requirements include 2–3 years in collections or customer service, excellent English communication, experience with CRM, and proficiency in Excel. A fast-paced environment and reliability are valued traits.

Collector / Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Collector with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, confident on the phone, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting collection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer conversations in the CRM.
• Review accounts for accuracy and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of Collections and/or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collecting U.S. consumer accounts.
• Experience with auto finance or BHPH portfolios.
• Familiarity with dialer systems and skip-tracing tools.
