Intugo Mexico, in Hermosillo, seeks a bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team. You will manage delinquent accounts, review payment histories, contact customers to recover balances, and negotiate payment arrangements to meet recovery targets.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring 1–2 years of collections or AR experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Collections or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer situations professionally.
• Proficient in Excel, including filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in financial risk management and account recovery, is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team in Hermosillo.

In this role, you will manage delinquent accounts, review account and payment history, contact customers to recover outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate documentation while working toward recovery goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable


• Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer situations professionally


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables


• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

What We Offer

• $20,000 MXN gross monthly salary


• Performance bonus: 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly according to the performance scheme


• $1,000 MXN monthly food stamps
