Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices, expanding globally. We are hiring a Clinical Support Expert in Mexico to join our Customer Experience Team and deliver best‑in‑class technical expertise in Spanish and English for doctors and practices.

The role focuses on expert case resolution, training leadership, and cross‑functional improvements to clinical processes. Availability includes coverage across Mexican and U.S. time zones.

Formación

• Fluent in Mexican Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Minimum 3+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in Removables or Fixed Product Lines.
• Experience in high-volume dental labs.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex clinical inquiries and handle time-sensitive escalations.
• Manage booked calls to advise and resolve complex issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for inbound clinical support tickets in Spanish and English.
• Liaise between doctors and the lab to translate clinical feedback into actionable orders.
• Perform QA reviews of agent work for clinical accuracy and SOP adherence.
• Act as SME to train and coach new hires and guide frontline teams.
