Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building an operating system for dental offices. The Clinical Support Expert in Mexico will provide top-tier clinical guidance in Spanish and English, handle complex inquiries, and ensure quality across the customer experience team.

This role requires 5+ years in a high-volume dental lab, with 3Shape CAD/CAM experience and strong regulatory knowledge. Based in Mexico with coverage across Mexican and U.S.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume dental lab setting.
• 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in Removables or Fixed product lines.
• Strong knowledge of dental systems and their digital components (scan bodies).

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex clinical inquiries and escalations with accuracy.
• Manage booked calls to advise on complex cases.
• Serve as SME for training new hires and coach frontline team.
• Translate clinical feedback between doctors and labs to actionable outcomes.
• Support Mexican doctors and US customers during peak periods.
